Delivery Policies
Our delivery rates are based on the mileage from our store to your home. We charge a flat rate per trip to your house, regardless of whether we are delivering one piece or a truckload of furniture.
Local up to 20 miles $49
Intermediate 21-30 Miles $69
Regional 31-50 Miles $99
51-60 miles $129
61-100 miles $159
Once you have a selected an available delivery date on which you have a flexible schedule, you will be notified of your scheduled two hour time window by automated call and/or text the afternoon prior to the delivery date. Please follow the prompts to confirm that you have received your time window.
Please have driveways and walkways cleared, and all existing furniture moved out of the way to make room for your new furniture to be placed.
Our experienced delivery crew will assemble and set up your new furniture then place it in your desired room for no additional set up fees.
Payment is due by the time of delivery unless you have been approved for and have arranged to do financing in advance. We do not keep credit card numbers on file so even if you have left us a deposit with a credit card, we will need you to present that credit card or another form of payment to process the remaining balance. Our delivery team is able to process credit cards on their tablet, as well as collect cash or check should you choose to pay your balance on delivery.

Our delivery fee includes one year free in-home warranty service in the case of any manufacturer’s defects on your new purchase.
We also offer haul away/disposal service of your old furnishings at time of delivery. See rates below:
Bedding: $30 per piece
Sofas/Loveseats/Chairs/Recliners: $30 per piece
Reclining Sofa and Loveseats: $40 per piece
Sleepers: $40 per piece
Sectionals: $40 per piece
Picking Up Furniture
If you would like to pick up your furniture, we off a free pick up option. We will assemble and cover your furniture with plastic to help protect it for no additional charge. We can assist you with putting it into your vehicle but it is your responsibility to strap down your furniture. For liability reasons we cannot provide straps or help with securing furniture in your vehicle. Please be aware if you choose the free pick up option that any warranty service will require you to bring the piece back to our store or to pay a site visit fee for each technician visit to your home. Please call before picking up your furniture to make sure we have adequate time to get it ready and that we have someone in our warehouse to assist you.
